COMBINED CYCLE PROJECTS
We’ve supported Mitsubishi and Siemens on major gas turbine upgrades, including power augmentation through water injection and steam enhancements. Our team has also played a vital role in commissioning these upgrades for the OEMs. Additionally, Copower engineers have been embedded in the construction of new power plants up to 900 megawatts, though under the OEM’s insignia, these are our qualified engineers.
To date, we’ve contributed to the successful build-out of nine such large-scale plants, blending experience with seamless collaboration.
SPECIALTY WELDING CAPABILITIES
Our specialty welding covers internal turbine components, diaphragms, and turbine casing repairs. We master advanced techniques like TIG, MIG, and stick welding, ensuring precise restoration of critical components and structural integrity. Additionally, we provide maintenance and specialty aluminum welding for isophase generator repairs, meeting diverse project demands.

POWER PLANT OPERATIONS
BOP INSPECTIONS & MAINTENANCE PROGRAMS
Our Power Plant BOP and O&M services focus on ensuring operational reliability and efficiency. We manage hydraulic skids, oil systems like lube and seal oil, and cooling systems. Our team conducts routine inspections, proactive maintenance, and control room operations, ensuring all plant systems contribute to overall performance.
Our largest O&M contract is a 300-megawatt combined cycle plant with two Siemens gas turbines and one GE steam turbine. We oversee operations, maintenance, grid communication, and dispatch reliability, ensuring seamless plant performance and grid stability.
